Ten Human Rights Wins in 2014 that Will Matter in 2015

Our blog is not the only one that is focusing on good news for human rights at this time of year.  Yes! Magazine is an on-line and print publication that “reframes the biggest problems of our time in terms of their solutions.”  The good folks there have just published a top 10 list that begins that solution-oriented reframing:  “10 Ways Human Rights at Democracy Won in 2014.”  Among their positives is growing momentum of the new human rights movement — Black Lives Matter — emerging from the protests in Ferguson and elsewhere, which promises to have a continued impact in 2015.
