April brings a host of human rights events:
The Rapoport Center for Human Rights and Justice at the University of Texas is holding an important conference on Inequality and Human Rights, April 7-9. More information can be found here.
On April 8, 4 p.m., Professor and leading human rights expert James Anaya will speak at the University of Connecticut on human rights and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. More information about the lecture is available here.
On April 11, 12:10 p.m., Morten Kjaerum, Director of the Raoul Wallenberg Institute and founding Director of the European Fundamental Rights Agency will speak at Columbia University on the European refugee crisis and human rights. More information is available here.
The 18th annual International Conference on Anti-Corruption, Good Governance and Human Rights will be held in Boston, April 25-26, 2016. According to the organizers:
