Event 11/20: OHCHR Webinar on human rights of people on the move

The OHCHR and Global Strategic Litigation Council for Refugee Rights are organizing two webinars discussing how to effectively utilize U.N. Treaty Bodies to advance human rights of people on the move. These webinars with explore litigation opportunities within the U.N. human rights treaty bodies, including an overview of how to effectively use their individual communication procedures, as well as a showcase of key jurisprudence on non-refoulment and other human rights protections against return.
